A FINAL DOUBLE BLESSING

DRC | WEEK 2, NIGHT 5

Dear Mission Partners,

Praise God, it happened again, this time in Kipushi and Likasi! Suddenly for the final meeting of the campaign, the crowd doubled in both locations. There was such a sense of anticipation, it felt like the air was crackling with electricity. In moments like these, you can feel the expectation, the rising faith of the people. All week, miracles have been happening, and word has spread from person to person, from household to household, beyond the town to the villages all around it.

This also means that often, the crowd on the final night is like the first night crowd – many of them are attending for the first time. What a glorious harvest moment, to be seized with both hands!

From Kipushi, where there has never been a campaign before, Evangelist Dario Giustino shared:

“Some of the local pastors approached me with tears in their eyes, struggling to express just what this campaign meant to them, until one of them said, ‘Evangelists, thank you for bringing the message of repentance to Kipushi.”

We are not here to hold Christian conferences. We are not here to have fun. No – we came to proclaim the real Gospel of Jesus Christ. With real forgiveness. With real repentance. A Gospel that forces a change – that calls people to stop sinning and follow Christ! This is the Gospel people are saying ‘yes’ to.”

God is faithful to confirm His Gospel with signs and wonders! Here is just a taste of the powerful testimonies we heard.

Flavy had been suffering from nerve pain in her eyes and long-term blurred vision. She received her healing already on Friday night, but chose not to come forward to testify immediately, wanting to be sure the healing would last. Tonight, she came forward to share her testimony – the pain is completely gone, and her healing has remained!

Bijou had been suffering from stomach pain for four months. She attended last week’s CfaN campaign in Likasi Center for three days. This Thursday, as Evangelist Jana Bielava prayed against diseases, Bijou left feeling discouraged because she hadn’t received her healing – neither last week, nor this Thursday. But today, she returned to the campaign with a prayer in her heart – asking God to have mercy and heal her. And He did! On stage she demonstrated her healing by bending down completely pain free.

In 2023, Maguy gave birth and began to suffer from constant pain. After seeking medical attention, she was diagnosed with appendicitis and had surgery, but the pain continued. But, when the prayer for the sick went out, Maguy experienced the touch of God. The pain that had lingered even after surgery left her body completely.

Likasi

For an entire year, Eritier was extremely weak – so much so that he couldn’t hold a job. Even when he tried to work, his body couldn’t handle the effort. When the campaign started, he felt God tell him not to miss a single day, so he attended every night since the start of the campaign. On Wednesday night, his strength suddenly returned! He was completely restored and even got a job as a motorbike rider. Now, he is pain-free. When he testified on stage, he was jumping up and down and even doing push-ups!

For a long time, Kairu had problems with his left arm. His arm hurt badly and he could hardly move it. But tonight, during prayer, he received his healing. He testified that he can now move his left arm without any limitation, completely pain free.

Kipushi

Angèle struggled with sharp pain in her knees and hips for many years. The pain made simple actions like bending down difficult. During the time of prayer, Angèle experienced a powerful touch from the Lord. She reports that all the pain left her body during the prayer time. Her mobility has been fully restored.

The meetings in the DRC may be finished, but the mission is far from over. Thousands were saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Spirit – but for every person reached, many more are still waiting to hear the Gospel. Will you help us keep going? By becoming a Monthly Ministry Partner, you’ll help us plan, prepare, and send teams to the next open doors, wherever God leads.

Yours for the harvest,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

HEAVEN CAME DOWN

DRC | WEEK 2, NIGHT 4

Dear Mission Partners,

No campaign would be complete without teaching on the Holy Spirit. Without His guidance and His power, no one can be transformed into Jesus’ likeness. So, in every campaign, after the Gospel has been preached, Saturday night is all about the Holy Spirit.

Evangelist Jana Bielava preached in Likasi and joyfully shared from there: “Tonight, as we prayed for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, something broke in the spiritual realm and the reverence of God fell on the field. You could tangibly feel the presence of God all over the field – it was spectacular! God moved in such a powerful way – thousands of people, adults and children, were baptised in the Holy Spirit.”

From Kipushi – the town that was known for its darkness – Evangelist Lukas Repert reported that, “We invited the people to lift their hands and open their hearts as we prayed, ‘Holy Spirit, come. Pour out Your gifts. Fill every empty vessel. Baptise with fire!’ And then, like a rushing wind, heaven came down. The Holy Spirit fell on the field in Kipushi. All around us, people began to shake, weep, shout, and fall to their knees. Some spoke in new tongues for the first time, others lifted their voices in praise as waves of glory rolled over the crowd.”

There were so many testimonies, it was impossible to record them all!

Mama Debora’s leg was broken in 1999, and since then, she had suffered from pain in her left leg and walked with a limp. Tonight, during the prayer, she was completely healed. The pain disappeared, and they tested her by running on the stage.

Since 2006, Daniel Kasongo, an elderly ex-soldier, suffered from PTSD and persistent pain in his right arm. He had previously used witchcraft for protection during his time in service, and as a result, strange symptoms would occur. Tonight, as the Evangelist prayed, Daniel experienced a supernatural release. He felt the pain move from his stomach, travel through his body, and exit through his right arm, leaving completely. Today, Daniel testifies that the pain and PTSD symptoms are entirely gone, and he gives glory to God for his healing and deliverance from the bondage of the past.

Likasi

Stanley had suffered from high blood pressure for 10 years, which eventually led to a stroke and caused pain in his right arm for over a month. But tonight during prayer, Stanley received his healing! The pain in his right arm completely disappeared. They tested his healing by having him move his right arm freely — and he did so without any pain.

John had a bike accident in March, which left him with pain in both legs. Today during prayer, when the Evangelist instructed the crowd to place their hands on the part of the body that was in pain, John obeyed and touched his legs. To his amazement, he realised that the pain in both legs was completely gone!

Kipushi

For two years, Pierro suffered from constant pain in his waist and a disturbing sensation as if worms were moving around his waist. The discomfort was so severe that it affected his daily life: he could not walk properly, nor could he bend without pain. As the Evangelist prayed, Pierro felt something shift in his body. Immediately afterward, he came up to the stage and bent down easily, something he had been unable to do for years.

What we’ve seen in Likasi and Kipushi – salvations, miracles, baptisms in the Holy Spirit – Is only possible because people like you give faithfully. Would you prayerfully consider becoming a Monthly Ministry Partner today?

Tomorrow is the last night of both campaigns. We’re trusting God for a strong finish here, so that these towns will never be the same, in Jesus’ name.

Yours in Christ

NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD

DRC | WEEK 2, NIGHT 3

Dear Mission Partners,

While preparing for last night’s meeting, the two evangelists preaching in Likasi and Kipushi both received a push from the Holy Spirit. Despite being ninety miles apart and having no idea what the other evangelist was thinking, they both heard the exact same thing from the Lord! “Tonight, I want you to preach on the blood of Jesus.”

In Kipushi, where Evangelist Lukas Repert (CfaN’s School of Evangelism Director) preached, the local churches and the CfaN team conducted a motorcade through the dusty streets, inviting people to the campaign. Lukas shared what touched him most. “The people were hungry for a touch from God! Instead of asking for photos or money, almost everyone cried out: “Baraka, baraka” – which means “prayer for blessing.” They understood that we didn’t come in our own name or authority, but with a divine assignment from God for this city. Many people followed us straight to the campaign field, and when we arrived at the end of the parade, thousands were already waiting.”

When he gave the altar call, thousands of hands went up, grabbing hold of the freedom Jesus brings. That new sense of liberation carried over into the prayer for the sick. There were numerous outstanding miracles, undeniable proof that Jesus saves, heals and sets the captives free!

Julie suffered for years with a tumor the size of her palm on her right ribs. The condition made it extremely difficult for her to breathe and walk. Even taking a simple breath caused intense pain, turning everyday life into a constant struggle. But tonight, everything changed. The pain that gripped her chest disappeared. For the first time in years, she could breathe freely without pain. The tumor, which she could clearly feel before, completely disappeared! As she stood on stage, Julie was overwhelmed with tears at this undeniable miracle. She gave Jesus all the glory!

Meanwhile in Likasi, Evangelist David Rotärmel (CfaN Bootcamp graduate) was seeing the same sense of freedom and joy erupt all over the crusade field, as people surrendered witchcraft items and idols. There, too, there were powerful miracles.

Merveille was unable to walk long distances without pain. This morning, her legs were aching and shaking. But during prayer today, all the pain disappeared! Evangelist Jana confirmed the testimony by testing it out on the spot. She was able to run across the stage without any pain.

Likasi

Mama Anastazia had been unable to stretch her back or walk long distances for three years. But today, during prayer, she received her miracle! On the stage Evangelist Jana had her confirm the testimony by bending down. She was pain-free.

Luccette had severe rib pain for four months and felt a shifting weight whenever she lay on her side. Today, during prayer, all the pain completely disappeared – even the sensation of weight is completely gone! As she came to testify, Evangelist Jana had her bend down and test the miracle.

Kipushi

Papa Tonton started being severely affected by malaria a couple of days ago. It was attacking the left side of his body. Early Thursday morning, he went to the hospital for tests. The results were alarming. Doctors told him the situation was serious – so serious that he was no longer allowed to drive his ambulance. With no way to get to the campaign field, Papa Tonton still held on to hope. He believed that Jesus could heal him. He prayed the first time, but nothing seemed to change. Still, he didn’t give up. Last night, he made his way back to the crusade and prayed once again. And this time, everything changed. After praying, he suddenly realized that all the pain and symptoms were completely gone. He had been totally healed! Papa Tonton now stands healed and full of joy, giving all glory to Jesus. What doctors couldn’t change, Jesus did in a moment.

Becoming a Monthly Ministry Partner isn’t just about giving – it’s about answering a call. It’s about saying yes to the Great Commission and playing a vital role in reaching the lost. If you believe in the power of the Gospel, we invite you to stand with us long term in this way.

The blood of Jesus is just as effective today as it was on Calvary! Please keep praying for all those the Father is calling to salvation in the DRC this week.

Yours in Christ,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

DOING THINGS GOD'S WAY

DRC | WEEK 2, NIGHT 2

Dear Mission Partners,

Something I love about CfaN people is their eagerness to hear from the Holy Spirit and then do what He says. While every campaign is carefully planned, we also need to stay open to the still, small voice, because no two places are the same, no two campaigns are identical. We’ve got to do things God’s way!

Last night in the DRC, in both locations, the CfaN-trained evangelists ministering there felt the Lord nudging them in a slightly different direction than usual. This is actually something we teach when we’re training evangelists – stay light on your feet, be ready to move, listen to the Lord!

From Likasi, Evangelist Jana Bielava told me, “There were so many children in the crowd the first night that we decided to conduct a special Youth Campaign for them this morning. Thousands of children gathered at the field, receiving Jesus as their savior, being baptised in the Holy Spirit. The children were dancing with joy at what the Lord has done for them. What we are seeing is a DOUBLE Harvest in the most forgotten area of this city.”

And in Kipushi, as he was preparing for the Night Two meeting, Evangelist Dario Giustino felt the Holy Spirit insisting that he change the sermon he was planning to preach. As he taught from Romans 10:13, the noisy crowd became completely still. What he shared with me is so powerful!

“That sermon turned out to be exactly what the people needed. Kipushi is known for its great darkness. It is known for child murder, for sacrificing children and humans to demonic gods. It is known for witchcraft temples and public prostitution. The worst of the worst is public and normalised in remote Kipushi.

But let me tell you this – the Gospel is hitting hard and piercing deep! These conversions are real lives changed. Jesus is pulling them out of death, sin, out of darkness, sickness, misery, despair, fear, and immorality!”

In both locations, there was a flood of miracles after the prayer for the sick.

For nearly ten years, Exaucé suffered from sharp, persistent pain in his left leg. During the prayer for the sick, he experienced a powerful touch from God. The pain instantly vanished, and in an incredible moment of joy and freedom, Exaucé ran across the stage, pain-free for the first time in years! As the crowd erupted in praise, Exaucé burst into tears. Evangelist Dario had to catch him as he collapsed, shaking under the overwhelming emotion of this miracle.

Nicole had a tumor on her right hand for 3 years. During the prayer, when the Evangelist said to touch the part of the body that hurts, she did so — and she was healed! The tumor disappeared. She immediately called her sister to share the miracle and then came forward to testify. They tested her healing by having her stretch out her hand.

Likasi

For 20 years, Julie had problems in both ears. She couldn’t hear properly, and liquid was constantly coming out of her ears. Despite using various medicines, nothing helped. During the prayer, she put her fingers in her ears — and all the pain stopped! She is now completely pain-free. They tested her hearing by having Evangelist David clap his hands, and Julie was able to repeat the number of claps.

Nyota had suffered from waist and back pain for 10 years. During the prayer, when the evangelists instructed everyone to place their hands where it hurt, she did so – and she was healed! They tested her healing by asking her to bend.

Kipushi

John was deaf in his right ear for eight long years. Tonight, as the evangelist prayed for the sick, John was able to hear with his right ear for the first time. When Evangelist Dario whispered the name of the city into the microphone, something miraculous happened… for the first time in EIGHT years, John was able to hear clearly – and he boldly repeated what Evangelist Dario had whispered: “KIPUSHI!”

As this wave continues, I want to invite you to join us in a deeper way. Will you become a Monthly Ministry Partner? Your monthly commitment allows us to respond quickly to open doors like Kipushi and Likasi, where Jesus is breaking chains and healing lives.

There are three nights of campaign meetings remaining in the DRC – please pray for strength, protection and energy for our teams as they hit the final stretch here.

Yours in Christ,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

WHAT GOOD CAN COME FROM HERE?

DRC | WEEK 2, NIGHT 1

Dear Mission Partners,

Imagine living in a town with such a bad reputation that it becomes a running joke in your area. Last night, CfaN Bootcamp graduate Evangelist Dario Giustino preached in a place called Kipushi. And in that region, there’s a saying: “What good can come from Kipushi?” – just like they used to say about Nazareth!

Well, the campaign last night turned that saying on its head! No preachers have wanted to come to this place before – it was the first night of the first campaign these people have ever seen. Dario told me, “As I arrived at the campaign field, my heart skipped a beat – there were so many people already gathered, thousands waiting to hear the Gospel!”

When he gave the altar call, it seemed like almost every hand shot into the sky, saying YES to Jesus. Then he prayed for the sick, and there were powerful testimonies confirming the Word.

One year ago, Kamana was in a motorbike accident. Since then, she had excruciating pain in her right hand. She couldn’t even cook or use a spoon to make porridge because her wrist couldn’t move. When she came to the campaign tonight, she was still in pain. But after the prayer, she was able to use her wrist fully again! Without hesitation, she even lifted a bag to test it. She thanked Jesus and was incredibly happy!

TWO SIMULTANEOUS CRUSADES IN DRC THIS WEEK!

Likasi is a big city, big enough for more than one campaign. So, Week Two in Likasi is at a different venue, enabling more of the city to hear the Gospel. Our campaign directors have spoken of the intense hunger among the church leaders, and hearing them cry out to the Lord in prayer for their city was deeply moving. God is answering those prayers this week!

The two evangelists in Likasi are CfaN Bootcamp graduates and veterans in the field now. Evangelist David Rotärmel preached the Gospel with thousands responding, while Evangelist Jana Bielava taught on healing and prayed for the sick. The field was packed, an excellent first night!

Petroni had pain in her eyes and was blind in her left eye for 2 years! During the prayer today, as Evangelist Jana was declaring, “Blind eyes open,” suddenly her left eye opened and she received her healing! She testified on the stage, able to see completely clearly.

Yours in Christ,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

What a great start to Week Two here in the Democratic Republic of the Congo! Such first nights are the result of months of hard work, a solid foundation of prayer, and the regular support of ministry partners who send us.

GOD SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST!

DRC | WEEK 1, NIGHT 5

Dear Mission Partners,

We’ve seen it countless times over the years – the final night of a campaign is almost always the biggest crowd and the most amazing testimonies. The faith of the people builds daily as they see God in action, and their faith draws His power. So often, it seems He saves the best for last – and the final night of our first three campaigns in the DRC was no exception!

In Fungurume, Evangelist Derek Berchie saw the crowd double from the previous night. There were numerous undeniable miracles, but I think this one is my favourite!

Sheperd Dona testified to a miracle that took place on Friday night. He was at the campaign that night when he felt prompted to video call his brother James, who was four hours away in Lubumbashi (the capital city). James had been bedridden for a year due to heart problems and severe shortness of breath. As Evangelist Derek prayed, Jesus touched James through the phone! Minutes later, he called back – standing on his feet, breathing freely and shouting, “I am healed!”

Evangelist Rubens Cunha shared that in Kasumbalesa, it was the biggest altar call of the week, and there too, the miracles were extraordinary!

Rose Mbuyi had never experienced a menstrual cycle in her life. As a result, several marriage proposals had fallen through, which caused great emotional pain. After Saturday night’s healing prayer, her period began for the first time today. An incredible and deeply personal miracle that will affect her entire life!

In Likasi, Evangelist Ester Tshiumanga described the scene: “There was an atmosphere of overwhelming joy on the field. You could feel it - in the faces, in the shouts, in the responses, in the dances and in the way the people embraced the moment. It truly seemed the Lord had saved the best for last. So many healing testimonies came pouring in!”

Constance had been in pain since an accident in 2015 that left her with a fractured hip and back. But after the prayer, all the pain left! She came up on stage, and after she testified, she jumped around to show what God had done. The crowd erupted in celebration.

KASUMBALESA

Yerubaali, who had suffered a stroke and was paralysed on his left side, testified that he felt the power of God flow through his body—and he was completely healed! He now moves freely and without pain.

LIKASI

Jean had an accident a few years ago and was left with pain all over his body. The pain was so intense that he didn’t even know where exactly to place his hand during the healing prayer. As instructed, we told the crowd to place their hand where they had pain, or on their head if the pain was too much to locate. Jean placed his hand on his head. After the prayer, he received his healing. To show the healing, he jumped joyfully!

FUNGURUME

Since 2008, after falling from a guava tree, Junior suffered from hip problems. Even during the preaching at the campaign, he was still in pain. But during the prayer for the sick, everything changed. Jesus healed him! They tested him on stage by having him bend and jump, and he was able to do it with no pain!

What an incredible move of God we’ve just witnessed here! Lives have been changed, whole towns have been shaken. This is why we go. I want to invite you to stand with us, not just for a moment, but for the long haul, as a Monthly Ministry Partner. Will you join us as a faithful partner in the harvest?

REPENTING ON THEIR KNEES

DRC | WEEK 1, NIGHT 4

Dear Mission Partners,

It was a night of power, healing and deliverance here in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) last night! The fourth night of the campaigns is Holy Spirit Night. This is when the evangelists call on the people to live lives of surrender to Jesus and invite them to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Evangelist Gary Smith wrote to me from Fungurume, where he preached last night from Psalm 51. This sums it up beautifully:

“As I delivered the Word, it felt as though the Lord held up a mirror to the hearts of the people, revealing what needed to be surrendered and cleansed. The presence of God was so holy, so heavy, you could feel conviction settle across the entire field.”

When I shared how King David fell to his knees after the prophet Nathan confronted him, and how he cried out, “Create in me a clean heart, O God,” it was as if the entire crowd stepped into that same moment. I invited the people to call upon the Lord, and all across the field, people dropped to their knees, crying out in repentance, surrendering their lives to Jesus.

Following the call to salvation, we began to pray for the infilling of the Holy Spirit. That’s when things shifted dramatically. The atmosphere became charged with the power of God. People were being set free from bondage, many weeping under the weight of His presence, while others were experiencing deliverance and healing. Then, suddenly, a wave of supernatural joy broke out across the crowd. The spirit of heaviness lifted, and what remained was pure celebration – laughing, shouting, dancing and rejoicing all around the field.”

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!

In Kasumbalesa, where Evangelist Rubens Cunha ministered, there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, along with powerful miracles.

For 7 years, Abigael had a large growth in her abdominal area, making her look pregnant. After the prayer, the growth completely disappeared. Overwhelmed with joy, she testified that she now looked normal again, hallelujah!

In Likasi, where Evangelist Manuel Reichör also preached on repentance and the Holy Spirit, a wave of deliverance from demonic oppression swept over the field. Many were healed from their sicknesses.

Mecherina had no strength and had been very sick for two and a half weeks. She couldn’t even go outside without suffering from body pain. When she saw the posters for the campaign, she remembered how people had been healed at events like this before — so she came. She thought of the Scripture where people were healed when Peter’s shadow fell on them. She said she had faith to be healed if the spiritual shadow of the evangelists would fall on her! During the prayer time, she was completely healed. She jumped up on stage and ran alongside Evangelist Reichör without any pain.

Jeannette had been experiencing intense pain in her stomach. Eating was a constant struggle — every meal brought pain and discomfort, and she hadn’t been able to eat properly for some time. But on Day 3, after she prayed, everything changed. The pain left completely, and now she can eat freely without any discomfort! Jesus has healed her! Glory to God!

Mimi had lower back pain going down her left leg since Wednesday and was walking in pain. But when Manuel prayed for the Holy Spirit to fall, she felt a force in her and all the pain disappeared! Manuel had her bend over and jump on stage to try it out — there’s no more pain!

We can only go as far as God’s people will send us. That’s why I’m inviting you today to prayerfully consider becoming a Monthly Ministry Partner. Your ongoing support enables us to reach the unreached, to preach where few will go, and to bring the hope of Jesus to those waiting in darkness.

Tomorrow is our final night for this first week of campaigns here. Please keep praying for us – God is not finished here yet!

Yours in Christ,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

WITCHDOCTOR SAVED AND HEALED!

DRC | WEEK 1, NIGHT 3

Dear Mission Partners,

Today I made the long journey by car to the third city where our CfaN campaigns are taking place this week – Kasumbalesa. This city has never hosted a Gospel campaign before, and you could feel the anticipation in the air. The people came with open hearts, ready for a move of God.

I preached with everything in me, and the response to the Gospel was overwhelming – nearly unanimous. After the call to salvation, we burned witchcraft items – charms, idols, amulets – casting off every tie to the occult. I broke curses in Jesus’ name and then prayed for the sick. The power of God fell, and miracles broke out.

In fact, a local witchdoctor named Kadima Papi came forward with a powerful testimony. He had suffered from a painful, swollen hernia for four years – so debilitating he couldn’t walk properly or be intimate with his wife. But during the prayer for the sick, the pain vanished and the hernia disappeared! Overwhelmed by what Jesus had done, Kadima renounced witchcraft and surrendered his life to Christ. He left the field healed, delivered, and born again!

Kadima Papi is healed, saved and renounces witchcraft!

Similar scenes unfolded in Fungurume, where Evangelist Derek Berchie ministered, and in Likasi, where Evangelist Esther Tshiumanga brought the word. In each city, Jesus showed Himself strong with undeniable miracles:

In Fungurume: A 3-year-old boy named Prosper had never spoken a word in his life. But after the prayer, he began speaking for the first time! They tested him by asking him to say “Yesu” and count in French – “Un, Deux, Trois” – and he did it with clarity and joy!

And In Likasi: Antoine had lived with a painful hernia for 10 years. He couldn’t move without agony. But tonight, he was healed! He demonstrated his miracle on stage by jumping, pain-free and beaming with joy.

It’s hard to imagine how these campaigns could get any better – but we know from experience: the final nights are often the most powerful. As word spreads about what Jesus is doing, the crowds will swell, and the Gospel will flood these regions like a wave – leaving a mark that will last for eternity.

Eli heard about the campaign yesterday and came with strong back pain – he hadn’t been able to bend for 3 years. After Evangelist Gary prayed yesterday, Eli returned home believing by faith that he was healed – and he was completely healed! They tested him by bending and touching his toes, and he had no more pain.

Kabwamba was completely deaf in his right ear for 15 years. He often heard disturbing echoes and could not hear anything clearly through that ear. But everything changed when Evangelist Kolenda prayed for the sick. As the prayer went forth, Kabwamba felt something shift—it was as if his ear suddenly opened. In faith, he tested it by covering his left ear and to his amazement, he could hear perfectly through his right ear no more deafness, no more echo. Jesus healed him completely!

For two weeks, Chaty suffered from sharp pain in her bones. The pain was so severe that she couldn’t even carry a bucket of water or shower properly. Simple daily tasks became a struggle. But after prayer, everything changed. Chaty is now completely healed! She can kneel down without pain—and even more, she’s able to carry her child again.

If you’ve been stirred by what God is doing here, I invite you to go beyond watching from a distance. Ask the Lord if He is calling you to become a Monthly Ministry Partner. Your faithful giving fuels the ongoing work of the Gospel – day after day, city after city. Together, we are reaping a mighty harvest for Jesus.

Please continue to pray for us, for the final two nights, and for the campaigns being prepared for next week. The best is still ahead.

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

MAD MEN MADE SANE

DRC | WEEK 1, NIGHT 2

Dear Mission Partners,

Tonight, as I was interviewing testimonies on the platform, a sudden commotion broke out in the crowd. People were shouting, jumping, and pointing toward something in the distance. I asked what was happening, and they shouted back, “Mad man!” I said, “A mad man has been healed?” They shouted, “Yes!” So I called for him to come to the platform immediately.

A man emerged from the crowd – his clothes were filthy, his face frozen in shock. I asked him how long he had been like this, and he told me it had been many years. He explained that he used to chase people and attack them without cause. But tonight, he said, Jesus touched him. I turned to the crowd and asked how many of them knew who he was, and hundreds shouted back in recognition and excitement. It was just one of many beautiful miracles that took place tonight in Likasi.

When I returned to the hotel, I saw Gary Smith and Derek Berchie – the team who ministered tonight in Fungurume (the city where I preached yesterday). I told them what had happened. Their eyes lit up. They said the exact same thing had happened in their campaign tonight. A mad man was healed, and the crowd erupted.

Then Bret Sipek, who oversees the entire Congo campaign, leaned over and told us it also happened last night in Kasumbalesa (the city where I’ll be preaching tomorrow). In that case, the man was so tormented he had been physically restrained with chains. After Jesus delivered him, the shackles were cut from his body.

These are not just wonderful testimonies. They’re a powerful picture of the Gospel itself.

Scripture tells us that all of humanity is imprisoned by sin. We may not be bound in visible chains, but the bondage is just as real. And Jesus didn’t die to make the prison more comfortable. He came to break the chains. To shatter the bars. To set the prisoner free.

As Reinhard Bonnke used to say, “The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not a Gospel of renovation – it is a Gospel of liberation.”

That’s what we are witnessing here in the Democratic Republic of Congo. These are not just large meetings. Not just a stirring of religious excitement. We are seeing real freedom. Real deliverance. Real transformation. Please continue to pray for us as the fire of the Holy Spirit spreads from city to city and soul to soul.

Since birth, Junior couldn’t see far. But from yesterday to today, his vision has improved, and now he can see clearly! Evangelist Gary Smith tested his healing by asking if he could see the Congo flag at the back of the crowd. He answered, “Yes – and it’s moving!”

Mama Elari had back pain for 7 years and underwent 7 surgeries. Today at the campaign, she suddenly felt pain in her stomach — and then realised she was healed! They tested her by asking her to bend and touch her toes, and she was able to do it without pain.

Jean had a motorbike accident 2 weeks ago, and since then he had back pain and couldn’t move. But after the prayer, he was able to bend over without any pain.

Adel had pain in her elbow for a month, and now she can move it freely, pain-free!

Lilly had pain in her hips for two years, and after the prayer, she was able to bend over with no pain.

We’re here in Congo because we’ve been sent by people like you! Monthly Ministry Partners make it possible for us to plan further ahead and make the most of our budgets. It would mean so much to us if you would commit a monthly amount to the harvest, as the Lord leads you.

Yours in Christ

CAMPAIGNS EVERYWHERE!

DRC | WEEK 1, NIGHT 1

Tonight, three Gospel Campaigns launched simultaneously here in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This is exciting new territory for us. Not only have we not been in this region before, but these cities were literally villages just a few years ago – the population has exploded. With every step here, we are possessing new ground, in Jesus’ name.

I had the privilege of preaching in the city of Fungurume. On the hour-long drive to the campaign field, we passed through Likasi – where I’ll be preaching tomorrow night – and passed advertisements for upcoming CfaN campaigns scheduled for next week and next month, all in this same region. The atmosphere is electric. There’s a sense that something historic is happening. This land is ripe for a massive harvest.

In Fungurume tonight, the response to the Gospel was overwhelming. And after the message, Jesus began to confirm His Word with signs and wonders.

TESTIMONIES

Here are just a few of the many testimonies we received:

Antho had suffered from chronic body pain, headaches, and pain in her hands. She couldn’t walk properly and was mocked by those around her. But after prayer, she was completely healed and began walking normally.

Marlene, a 10-year-old girl, had been deaf in her left ear for a year. Tonight, she was healed. I tested her by covering her good ear, standing several feet behind her, and speaking. She repeated every word perfectly – even though she doesn’t speak English!

Meanwhile in Likasi and Kasumbalesa…

In Likasi, something else new and beautiful was happening. The main languages in DRC are Swahili and French, not English. Usually, the preaching is in English, translated on stage. But tonight, Evangelist Manuel Reichör (a CfaN Bootcamp graduate from France) preached in French! He tells me that from the first sentence he spoke, the response was loud and enthusiastic. But as he preached, complete silence fell on the field, the crowd hanging on every word. When he gave the altar call, the field was a sea of raised hands.

Over in Kasumbalesa, where Evangelist Rubens Cunha preached, the crowd was overwhelmingly made up of young people. They were so eager to hear the Gospel, they filled every tree around the field. Despite their youth, they listened with the same reverence and attention. Many gave their lives to Jesus, and there were wonderful miracles – a great first night. The town must be buzzing today! I’ll be there on Friday night.

So many miracles took place tonight. Each one lifted the name of Jesus and stirred even greater hunger in the crowd. The momentum is building across this entire region.

Please continue to lift up our teams in all three cities as we press on through the next four nights here in the DRC. We are believing for an unprecedented outpouring.

Yours in Christ,

Evangelist Daniel Kolenda

OUT OF THE BACKYARD

TETE, MOZAMBIQUE | FINAL NIGHT

When we go to a place, we want God to move in such a way that the city will look at Jesus. It’s not our job to try and force anyone to salvation, but simply to make them look at Jesus. Reinhard Bonnke used to call this ‘bringing the church out of the backyard.’

THE GOVERNOR ASKED FOR AN INVITATION

Well, that happened this week in Tete! At the start of the week, we had a dinner for government officials and church leaders, and there were many empty chairs. Fast forward to Sunday night, and we didn’t have enough chairs for all the officials that came, many of whom got saved. Even the governor and his wife reached out to ask if they could come. They were gracious and kind, and after the prayer for salvation, both took Now That You Are Saved booklets

God has moved in such a way that the entire city took notice. He truly brought the church out of the backyard.

TESTIMONIES

Testimonies like these had the whole city buzzing…

For the past year and seven months, Grace had a cyst in her elbow. She visited multiple hospitals, but nothing helped. Because of the cyst, she was unable to lift her arm. But yesterday, the cyst disappeared - and now she can move her arm freely again! To test it, she lifted and moved her arm, and there was no more pain!

Leopoldo took time off work to attend the campaign because his family desperately needed a miracle - his mother-in-law was very sick and bedridden. She couldn’t move, eat, or even breathe properly. At the campaign, he had someone pray for her over the phone. Shortly after, he called his wife to check on her again. His wife said, “It’s strange – Mama is up, walking, moving things around in the house, and asking for food!” She’s completely healed!

Since 2017, Clementina had a problem in her womb. She could even feel the issue from the outside, and there was constant pain - even when she touched her stomach. She heard about the campaign and how God had done a miracle for her friend. Even though she had no money, God made a way for her to travel 300 km to attend. Yesterday, after the prayer, she received her own miracle: all the pain was completely gone!

We are now counting down the hours to the start of THREE campaigns in the Democratic Republic of the Congo! Believe with us for an overwhelming wave of salvation, healing and deliverance to touch that nation this week and please keep us in your prayers daily.

MOVING IN POWER

TETE, MOZAMBIQUE | NIGHT 3

God is moving in POWER in Mozambique right now! Check out these testimonies from Tete, where CfaN Bootcamp graduate Randy Roberts is preaching.

It was Holy Spirit Night yesterday in Tete, Mozambique. Please pray for more salvations and miracles tonight, the last night!

In 2014, Ides had an accident that left her with a broken right leg. A metal plate was inserted, and from that moment on, she lived with constant pain. She wasn’t able to stand for more than an hour without severe pain, and she couldn’t run. But today, Ides stood for over three hours — completely pain-free! To test it, Evangelist Randy took her by the hand and ran with her across the entire stage — and still, no pain! Ides was shocked and in tears over the miracle God had done for her!

Since birth, Ana Maria had problems with her eyes — no doctor could help her. It constantly felt like she had sand in her eyes. She always had to put drops into her eyes, otherwise the pain was unbearable. But since yesterday, she hasn’t used any drops — and all the pain is gone!

Since 2023, Zaba had been suffering from shoulder pain and was unable to lift his right arm. On Thursday, during prayer, he placed his hand on his shoulder — and from that moment on, he was able to lift his arm again without any pain. At first, he didn’t want to testify publicly because he is a pastor. But after Evangelist Roberts preached about breaking pride, he felt convicted and came forward to share his testimony and break his pride. To test it, he lifted his arm on stage — and was able to move it freely!

Since birth, Zareta had not been able to speak clearly. Her cousin came forward to testify that this was true. But today, after the prayer, she was able to repeat words and speak clearly for the very first time! To test her, the evangelist asked her what her name was, and she was able to say it. Then he asked who healed her and she responded, “God!”

NOT AFRAID OF THE DEVIL

TETE, MOZAMBIQUE | NIGHT 2

Night Two of the CfaN crusade in Tete, Mozambique was a moment of powerful breakthrough. As elsewhere in Africa, witchcraft holds great power over the people. This is what Evangelist Roberts shared with me last night:

“Last night we had a good crowd for the first night, but there were challenges. The music was off, the ushers weren’t handling the testimonies properly and worst of all, there seemed to be a heaviness and stiffness to the people.

On Friday nights we have people bring ‘juju’ (witchcraft items like idols, talismans, potions, powders, written spells etc.) so we can burn them. I also ask for a list of foul spirits and curses that afflict the city. Usually there are 10 or maybe 15, but tonight they gave me a list of 26.

PEOPLE WERE AFRAID OF THE DEVIL.

I sensed what was wrong. The people were afraid of the devil and the witch doctors. When I took the microphone, I emphasised that the devil is under our feet and that they needed to bring their witchcraft. To prove this point, I went down and pulled two bags of juju out of one of the barrels and held it up for everyone to see. Then I threw it on the ground and began to dance on it. There was a collective gasp across the crowd. When I wasn’t struck down the crowd roared with approval!

The Bible says that the devil goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour and as soon as we figure out that he may not devour us, he loses his power over us! The rest of the night, the heaviness was gone, and people filled the two 55-gallon drums with juju. We had so many miracles take place, we couldn’t get to all the testimonies.”

While this breakthrough is happening in Mozambique, our trucks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are on their way for next week’s three crusades there. Right now, our urgent prayer requests are for the safety and protection of our teams and financial provision for final costs in the DRC. Please keep standing with us in this harvest season!

“I AM FAITHFUL”

TETE, MOZAMBIQUE | NIGHT 1

We are nearly halfway through the Decade of Double Harvest, the vision the Lord gave me to see 75 million salvations turn into 150 million by the end of this decade. How? It could never happen just by adding some more campaigns each year. It must be through Multiplication and Collaboration.

Well, today I am sharing a report with you from Mozambique, where CfaN Bootcamp graduate Evangelist Randy Roberts is leading a four-day CfaN Campaign. That’s right – the multiplication the Lord showed me – which is why we train evangelists! – is bearing rich fruit right now.

Randy sent me this message last night:

“I just arrived back in my room after the first night of the campaign here and I am rejoicing. God moves in such a profound way in these campaigns that it causes the whole city to stop and acknowledge Him. As you can imagine, the devil doesn’t like that because we are taking ground and so he tries to resist our efforts, hinder our finances and to cause all sorts of problems. All in an effort to get us to quit. He has tried all those things, and we have experienced pressure on all sides, but when we pulled onto the field tonight and there were thousands upon thousands of people, none of that mattered. I didn’t see any of the problems, I only saw the harvest and I began to weep tears of joy and thank Him for drawing these people to Him. As I did, He clearly spoke to my heart ‘I am faithful’. I knew that to be true before, but I know it better now. If we won’t quit and just trust Him, He will come through every time.”

TESTIMONIES

There were many miracle testimonies after Randy prayed for the sick.

This little girl, Nazira, had a tumour on her neck. During the prayer for the sick, it completely disappeared!

Antonio had a cyst inside his right eye since January this year, making him blind in that eye. During prayer, he laid his hands on his eye, and when Randy prayed, the cyst disappeared — and Antonio could see again. To test the healing, Randy had him cover his left eye and then showed him fingers from a distance. Antonio was able to count them perfectly!

My heart is full to overflowing – He is faithful! When He gives a vision, a mission, He is the One who brings it to fruition. Stay tuned for more good news from Mozambique this week!

FROM OBSTACLES TO OPPORTUNITIES

Originally, the plan for the DRC this year involved a massive Gospel Campaign in Kinshasa, supported by several smaller events in nearby neighborhoods. But as I shared with you, tension and conflict have escalated in this country in the past months. Our team had to be nimble and reassess the changing situation.

“It just didn’t make sense for us to go to Kinshasa at this time,” explained Bret Sipek. Instead, the decision was made to shift focus to a series of smaller, yet highly strategic cities in the Lubumbashi region in July, far from the heart of the unrest.

This change of plan has become an inspired opportunity. These newly-targeted cities are booming, thanks largely to mining. Once sleepy villages, places like Fungutume, Kasumbalesa, Kipushi, and Likasi have swelled to populations of over 100,000 or more, becoming vibrant urban centers. Many of these cities didn’t even exist in their current form just a few decades ago!

NEW CITIES, DEEP HUNGER

Despite rapid development, these mining hubs are often spiritually starved. People come from all over for work and opportunity, and they also bring with them deep needs. These towns are often marked by high levels of exploitation, prostitution and substance abuse – the issues that come with rapidly-growing frontier towns.

The CfaN team has already conducted “Fathers’ Meetings” in each location, gathering senior pastors and bishops to build unity and share vision. Local churches are not only welcoming the initiative – they say they’ve been praying fervently for it.

“In these cities, you see people praying all night,” said Bret. “They cry out to God. It feels like their voices are being heard in heaven.”

REACHING THE BORDERLANDS

Despite – or perhaps because of – the rapid growth and harsh conditions, these places are fertile ground for revival. Several of the planned campaign cities lie near the border with Zambia. Kasumbalesa and Kipushi, for instance, are strategically located to impact not just Congolese communities but also those across the border.

Border towns often serve as intersections of culture, commerce, and movement. In our experience, they’re also places where hearts are open, and communities are responsive to the Gospel.

FROM FIRE CAMP TO FIREWAVE

One of the most exciting developments is a growing emphasis on equipping African evangelists for Africa. In the DRC, our team is pioneering a new initiative: bringing in Zambian “Fire Campers” – budding evangelists who have completed a CfaN Fire Camp – to minister in the DRC Firewave (multiple smaller outreaches leading up to the main event). It marks the first time that Fire Campers from one African nation are being mobilized to serve in another.

RECONCILIATION MIRACLES - MOZAMBIQUE

Further south, Evangelists Randy Roberts and Denis Artyushevskiy (both CfaN Bootcamp graduates and veteran campaign organizers) have been mobilizing local churches in Mozambique, where three Gospel Campaigns are planned this year – two in July and one in October. Randy shared:

One of the main benefits (in addition to salvations) that we have observed from campaigns is the unity that is cultivated within the body of Christ. We usually don’t see this until preparations are well underway or even after the campaign. However, that is not always the case. We are already witnessing the Body of Christ come together in just the first few meetings in Mozambique.

This story from Tete is evidence that the Holy Spirit is working on the hearts of the people.

In 2007, pision broke out within one of the biggest denominations in Tete – the Zion church. Half followed Bishop Lucas Zaba, forming the United Christian Zion Church, and the other half followed Pastor Manuel Pita, forming the Apostolic Zion Church. These two men had not worked together or even shared a meal since.

BUT GOD!

We always endeavor to hear God’s voice and be led by His Spirit. If He’s leading us somewhere, He’s already been there before us.

In 2022, our campaign in Beira saw 208,157 salvations. News of this reached Tete, and both men began praying for us to come. When we arrived, their hearts were ready. Within two meetings, they repented, forgave one another, and joined the Board of Advisors to prepare for the campaign in July.

In 2022, our campaign in Beira saw 208,157 salvations.

Our friends Nick and Marlee, missionaries in Tete for13 years, wrote this message to Denis: “One of the things that impacted my wife and I most was how well the pastors from various churches worked together. There was such honor in the way they spoke to each other and how they trusted and made choices together. We also loved seeing how unified they already seem to be, all excited to work together for one goal – to see people saved here in Tete!”>

NO TIME TO WASTE

I am firmly convinced that we have the best team of campaign organizers in the world! But no matter how good they are, they cannot do this alone. The regions they’re working in are volatile. Logistics are complex. Costs are always rising. And the enemy does not want us there.

As a team, we feel a great sense of urgency for this region, where anything can change in a moment, and frequently does. There’s no time to waste. We also feel a growing excitement in our spirits for what God is doing there right now. The Gospel will be proclaimed to cities that didn’t exist a generation ago, to people crying out for something real – people who need Jesus.

YOUR PARTNERSHIP CAN HELP WRITE HISTORY

These are not just plans – they are divine appointments in the making. We are stepping into cities old and new, into places just desperate for a touch of God. There is hunger in these places. There is hope. And there is an open door for the Gospel – but we cannot walk through it alone.

Will you walk though it with us? Will you help us to write a new chapter of salvation, healing and revival for these cities? Your gift, big or small, can help make that possible. Thank you so very much if you are able to invest in these African campaigns with your donations and prayers.
