This time of year is a time to take stock – not only of where we’ve come from, but also of where we’re headed. I have some exciting developments to share with you! But first, where are we at now?

Over five years ago, Christ for all Nations embarked on the Decade of Double Harvest. The vision God gave me was to see CfaN’s documented decisions double from the 75 million that we counted in the first 40-plus years of the ministry, to 150 million by the end of this decade.

I’m sure there were plenty of people who thought that was just crazy, a pipe dream. But God gave us a strategy that makes this vision not just possible, but – and I can say this now that we are exactly halfway through the decade – not just possible, but certain.

God spoke clearly to me that this could never happen by addition – like by adding a few more campaigns every year, The fulfilment of this vision can only happen with two powerful tools:

First, we launched the CfaN Bootcamp, training evangelists, especially in mass campaign evangelism. Shortly after that, the CfaN School of Evangelism got going in several countries, followed by Fire Camps and One2One workshops in churches and now our two-year School of Ministry.

The results of all this training are mind blowing! Over 6,500 people who have been through one of our trainings have joined the CfaN Evangelism Alliance, with more being added every week. We expected maybe 20% of graduates would go on to be active evangelists in their own right, but that is not what we’re seeing!

We’re seeing people stepping straight into soul winning out of CfaN trainings. We’re seeing people conducting CfaN-style campaigns in their nations, sharing the Gospel in countries where the name of Jesus is barely known, planting churches and training locals to share the Gospel in their nations. 

This movement is spreading like wildfire and having a global impact we can barely keep up with. It’s directly because of this strategy that we recorded 9 million decisions for Jesus in 2025 alone! We passed 100 million salvations in July – a milestone to be celebrated, praise God, but only a milestone. We have our eyes on what comes next…
 

I believe that we are gearing up for the greatest harvest the world has ever seen. I know I’m not the only one who senses a tremendous urgency right now. There’s a sense that events are speeding up, that the world is in crisis after crisis, like we’re hurtling towards something. 

I can’t say how history will unfold in these coming years, but I know this for certain. Jesus is coming back, and we need to be ready. Matthew 24:14 says, "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come". 
 

In the first quarter of 2026, CfaN will conduct more Gospel Campaigns in Thailand, joining hands with EveryOne and numerous other ministries in a massive, year-long evangelism push in historically-Buddhist Thailand. Many CfaN-trained evangelists will be conducting huge ‘Gospel Invasions’ in every region where there’s a campaign planned, saturating whole towns in the Gospel. God has opened doors all over Thailand – there’s a great hunger and openness to the Gospel message.
 

Yes, this is Christ for ALL nations, and we’re seeing that prophetically revealed now, with CfaN-trained evangelists operating on six continents. But Africa is and always will be our heart. “From Cape Town to Cairo, Africa shall be saved” – Reinhard Bonnke’s vision of a blood-washed Africa is the foundation of this ministry.
 

That’s why the next step for CfaN is to invest heavily into the body of Christ in Africa over the next five years. We want to see African church leaders and evangelists raised up, trained up, energised and motivated by the power of the Holy Spirit. We want to see communities and cities swept by wave after wave of evangelism long after we’ve left.

Starting in Nairobi, Kenya, we will be conducting massive Fire Conferences in strategic African cities. And at the same time, we’ll be training African evangelists. Not a few, here and there. This is a big vision, too. We want to see a million African evangelists equipped and sent into their own communities.

We have already started training local evangelists who speak the local language, who understand the local culture, who can go places outsiders don’t even know about. Evangelists who don’t leave, who keep on reaching their cities for Christ when we’re back home.

Not only is everything is in place for this goal, it has already begun. It’s the same vision, the same strategy – to multiply and collaborate. 
 

I believe this is a God-given plan to get ready for the final harvest in Africa before Jesus comes back. It’s a further fulfillment of the dream God gave Evangelist Bonnke some twenty years ago. In his dream, he heard two people talking, one asking the other, “Whatever happened to Reinhard Bonnke?” And the other one replied, “Oh, he was just the forerunner of a whole generation of Holy Spirit evangelists.”

We are not just witnessing history – we are fulfilling prophecy together. This could be the generation that sees the Gospel preached to every nation. This could well be the generation that welcomes Jesus’ return. We want to be found faithful. We want to be found ready. We want to be the generation of Holy-Spirit-filled evangelists that Reinhard Bonnke saw in his dream, running with fire, preaching the cross, and reaping the final harvest.

This is not the future I’m talking about. I believe it has already begun. From Cape Town to Cairo, from Africa to the ends of the earth – the harvest is NOW!
